We had a great experience with Dave. We moved from Michigan to Greer. We came down in January and March to look at real estate. Dave spent all day Saturday and Sunday both times to help us see as many houses as we could. After we returned to Michigan, we found our perfect house online. Dave went to the house that day and sent us many videos. We can't thank Dave enough for going out that day because within 4 hours of the house being on the market there were other bids. We entered a bidding war and Dave was able to secure us the house. He is very thorough and extremely honest. There were times we were going to offer more for a house and he told us not to offer that much. So, he could of made more on a sale but chose to be honest. We will use him again in the future if needed. We highly recommend him.

Dave deserve 10 stars! If you want an honest upfront realtor he is your guy. He could walk into a house and just know if the house was right for us or not. He was never once pushy. He didn’t hide anything. He would point out positives and negatives about every house we saw. He responded back to my messages right away and when I would send him a house, we were in all of them that day and some within the hour. Dave was such a blessing to work with and he will be the one realtor I recommend to anyone.
